# RegusciLabs — Innovation Lab

Innovation lab in Montevideo, Uruguay. Bring your AI, software or hardware idea —however wild it sounds— and explore how to turn it into a proof of concept you can test.

We are an Innovation Lab. We connect people, processes, artificial intelligence, software and the physical world to solve real problems. Bring an idea, a hypothesis or a challenge you do not yet know how to approach.

First we understand the problem, explore what exists and design the foundations. Then we build a POC: a proof of concept that helps test whether an idea works before investing in a larger solution.

The lab combines training and strategy with agents, automation, integrations, custom hardware, kiosks, sensors, 3D printing and laser fabrication. The challenge determines the combination. Our innovation wheel moves through training, discovery, prioritization, prototyping, validation and scaling.

## Every idea starts with a conversation.

Every project is tailored. We start with discovery to understand the idea, the problem, the people experiencing it and what evidence would make it worth pursuing.

That context defines the scope of a test: what we want to learn, what we will build and how we will validate it. This may involve AI, software, hardware or several disciplines together.

Budget and timing are agreed after discovery, based on the scope and needs of the project. We do not have a single rate or fixed pricing tiers. An inquiry starts a conversation; an engagement is agreed with the team.

## Story

Innovation did not begin with AI. You are viewing the journey through ships, compressed air, prototypes, software, and the lab.

## CUPER and products

You are inside the portfolio where CUPER OS, Pulse, and Aura turn the lab's learning into products of its own.

## Bring an idea

You are at the initial brief. You do not need to arrive with the solution: first we understand the problem, then we coordinate.

## Frequently asked questions

### Diagnose my company

Start with the bottleneck, not a technology. Where is the greatest friction today: sales, operations, knowledge, or the physical world?

### What the lab can invent

RegusciLabs does not start from a fixed catalog. It combines AI, software, data, automation, and hardware around a real problem. An original idea and the right foundations matter more than asking for code quickly.

### Projects and experience

The experience map can be explored by industry and each card can open into more detail. It includes training, operations, ecommerce, telecom, sports, payments, AI, software, and physical devices.

### Explore an idea

The more improbable the idea, the more interesting. You do not need a specification: describe the problem, who it affects, and what would change if it worked; the brief organizes the first step.

### Food and hospitality

For a bakery, we would first locate where time or margin is being lost: orders and sales, production and inventory, customer service, or signage. We have worked on adjacent patterns in ecommerce, POS/inventory, back offices, kiosks, and intelligent signage; technology comes after diagnosis.

### Sales and customer experience

We can map the commercial journey and test concrete improvements: ecommerce, ordering, CRM, POS, payments, AI-assisted service, content, or signage. The goal is not more tools; it is less friction and measurable conversion.

### Ecommerce and retail

There is experience with ecommerce at scale, ordering apps, back offices, POS, inventory, payment integrations, and omnichannel operations. We can enter through one improvement or design foundations that will not need to be rebuilt as you grow.

### Processes and automation

We first observe the real process and its exceptions. Then we decide whether it needs automation, AI, an integration, or simply a redesigned flow. That prevents digitizing a poorly framed problem.

### Industry and logistics

In industry and logistics we combine operational software, WMS, speech-to-text, vision, kiosks, sensors, and integrations. We can address one critical stage without replacing everything that already works.

### Voice for operations

Yes. At Solart we used speech-to-text so operators could complete forms without interrupting their work. The pattern can extend to inspections, maintenance, inventory, and field reports.

### AI and internal knowledge

We can turn documents, processes, and scattered knowledge into a useful KB or agent with permissions, sources, and judgment. CUPER grew from that same approach: planning and execution with company memory.

### AI for customer service

Yes, but we do not begin with a generic chatbot. We define what it should resolve, which sources it may use, when it hands off to a person, and how to measure whether service actually improves.

### Applied AI training

Yes. Training is an entry point: the team learns AI with a method and, during that work, we uncover real opportunities to prioritize, prototype, and validate. Experience includes Honda, Fundasol/Managerial, RenMax, and other teams.

### Hardware + software

The lab also builds in the physical world: kiosks, 3D printing, laser fabrication, sensors, signage, cameras, and custom integrations. Sometimes hardware is designed; other times integrating existing technology is the better answer.

### Vision and CCTV

We can integrate computer vision and ecosystems such as Hikvision when the use case warrants it: counting, control, events, OCR, or automation. The camera is one piece of the system, not the full solution.

### Payments and integrations

Yes. RegusciLabs is a certified Getnet/PlacetoPay provider and can integrate payments, terminals, and commercial flows into a broader solution.

### Data, privacy, and ownership

We design around where data lives, who can access it, and how ownership is transferred. We can host onshore in Uruguay or use global clouds; the client keeps the agreed control and ownership of its code and data.

### Build and transfer

Yes. We can start, establish solid foundations, and hand the system over to the client's team; or scale together with RegusciLabs or a partner. The model depends on capability, risk, and speed.

### Innovation process

The Flywheel moves through six moments: train, discover, prioritize, prototype, validate, and scale or transfer. It does not always start at the same point, but it always revolves around the real business problem.

### CUPER OS

CUPER stands for Centro Unificado de Planificación y Ejecución Regusci. It is the enterprise operating system connecting knowledge, agents, projects, and progress for companies working with the lab.

### Products and own IP

The lab turns repeatable learning into its own IP: CUPER OS for enterprise operations, Pulse for daily intelligence, and Aura for AI-powered signage and QR journeys.

### Pulse

Pulse is the brief, listenable layer of the Newsroom: AI and innovation updates in text or audio. The open edition helps people stay current; a future version can be tailored by industry or interest.

### Aura

Aura is intelligent signage for physical locations: AI-adapted content and QR codes that connect the screen to a measurable action.

### Technology in sports

Sports experience includes CinePadel, IuSports, and LIFFA, spanning apps, operations, and systems built with collaborators such as VFGroup. The portfolio opens those cards and their links.

### Start a project

Complete the short brief with the problem, context, and outcome you imagine. It qualifies the opportunity before scheduling; you do not need to expose your calendar or arrive with the solution defined.
