We are an Innovation Lab. We connect people, processes, artificial intelligence, software and the physical world to solve real problems. Bring an idea, a hypothesis or a challenge you do not yet know how to approach.
First we understand the problem, explore what exists and design the foundations. Then we build a POC: a proof of concept that helps test whether an idea works before investing in a larger solution.
The lab combines training and strategy with agents, automation, integrations, custom hardware, kiosks, sensors, 3D printing and laser fabrication. The challenge determines the combination. Our innovation wheel moves through training, discovery, prioritization, prototyping, validation and scaling.

Can I bring an idea that sounds wild?
Yes. Bring an AI, hardware or software idea, or a combination. We first understand what you want to achieve and design a test to learn whether it works.
What is a POC?
A proof of concept: a working experience to validate a hypothesis before investing in a larger solution.
How much does a project cost?
Each project receives a tailored proposal. Discovery is needed to define scope, budget and timing.
From RegusciAir to RegusciLabs
Before RegusciLabs, Santiago Regusci worked alongside his father, Armando Regusci, on RegusciAir and its compressed-air vehicles. That experience in workshops and among prototypes is part of the lab's history.
In an entry dated May 24, 2013, Armando announced that he would travel with his son Santiago to South Africa to build a compressed-air motorcycle and tuk-tuk. RegusciAir's website is also listed among the external links in Wikipedia's article on compressed-air vehicles.
