By browsing the site, using CUPER, submitting a form, or subscribing to The Pulse, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you hire us for a project, the proposal, contract, or written scope for that work will prevail.
Editorial content, CUPER, and artificial intelligence
The Newsroom and The Pulse provide information, analysis, and editorial opinion about technology and innovation. They are not legal, financial, medical, or situation-specific professional advice.
CUPER helps navigate published knowledge. Automated and AI systems may make mistakes, omit context, or become outdated. Review original sources and contact us before making a material decision.
Inquiries, proposals, and engagements
Submitting a form or speaking with RegusciLabs does not itself create a contractual relationship or require us to accept a project. Initial estimates, ideas, and comments are indicative until a written proposal or agreement exists.
Prices, timelines, deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, support, and payment are defined in the document applicable to each project.
The Pulse and communications
You can choose channel, language, format, and frequency. Delivery also depends on external email and messaging vendors, so we cannot guarantee that every message arrives without delay.
You may opt out at any time using the options on Unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops communications; to request deletion, use Data deletion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or its channels to:
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or share third-party data without authorization.
- Distribute spam, malware, illegal or abusive content, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, extract data at scale, or degrade the service.
- Present RegusciLabs content as your own or reuse it commercially without permission.
We may restrict access or block abusive automation where needed to protect the service.
Intellectual property and third-party sources
The brand, design, original text, public website software, and editorial work belong to RegusciLabs or are used with authorization. Linked news, trademarks, and materials belong to their respective owners.
You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. Substantial reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission.
External services and links
The site integrates hosting, analytics, email, messaging, and embedded-content vendors. Their own terms also apply. We do not control their availability, security, or future changes.
Availability and liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” and as available. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove features without notice when necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegusciLabs is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or decisions made solely from informational website content. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
