Unsubscribe from email
Use the “Unsubscribe” link in any edition or reply from your registered email address with the word STOP.
We will process the request and confirm the subscription update. Do not include passwords or identity documents.

Unsubscribe from Telegram
Open @RegusciLabsPulseBot and send /unsubscribe or /baja. The bot updates your preference and confirms the change in the chat.

What changes after you unsubscribe
- We stop sending The Pulse and promotional communications through the selected channel.
- We may retain a minimal opt-out record to honor your preference and prevent unwanted future messages.
- If you have an active professional relationship with us, we may still send necessary operational, contractual, or service messages.
- You can subscribe again later and choose your language, format, and frequency.

Unsubscribing and deletion are different
Unsubscribing stops messages, but it does not automatically delete all your data. If you also want RegusciLabs to erase the personal information it holds, follow the Data deletion procedure.
