How to submit a request
RegusciLabs S.A.S., based in Montevideo, Uruguay, is responsible for handling the request.
Email info@reguscilabs.com with the subject “Personal data deletion request.” Whenever possible, use the address you registered with and state whether you also used Telegram or WhatsApp.
Do not send identity documents in your first message. If we need to verify that you are the data subject, we will request only reasonable and proportionate information.
What we delete
Where deletion applies, we remove or unlink:
- Name, email, WhatsApp, company, role, and topic of interest.
- Inquiries, challenges, and commercial qualification data submitted through forms.
- Pulse preferences and subscription status.
- Telegram linkage, username, chat identifiers, and activity stored by our bot.
- Temporary signup links and associated CRM activity where we have no duty to retain it.
What may be retained
- Contractual, tax, or billing records for legally required periods.
- Information strictly necessary to establish or defend rights in a claim.
- A minimal objection or opt-out record so we do not resume unwanted communications.
- Anonymous technical data that can no longer identify you.
Emails or messages already delivered to your own account also depend on Resend, Telegram, and your email provider. You can delete them on those platforms; we will delete data under our control and submit reasonable requests to processors where appropriate.
Timing and confirmation
Uruguayan law sets a maximum period of five business days to process a correction, update, or deletion request, or to explain within that period why the request does not apply.
We will confirm the outcome through your chosen channel. Deletion is irreversible for data that has been removed.
Unsubscribe without deleting everything
If you only want to stop receiving The Pulse, full deletion is not required:
Use the email or Telegram options on Unsubscribe.
You may still request full deletion later.
