We do not request bank details, identity documents, or sensitive personal data through public forms. Do not include them in free-text fields.
CUPER and automated systems
The public CUPER experience navigates a published, deterministic catalog. A question entered there is not sent to an external AI model or added to the CRM by CUPER. General analytics tools may still record page interaction metadata.
The Pulse uses automation to research, organize, translate, and distribute content. Its editions are editorial and informational; we do not make automated decisions with legal or commercial effects on individuals.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Responding and preparing a professional relationship: handling inquiries, understanding needs, and coordinating a meeting or proposal.
- Consent: sending The Pulse and other updates through selected channels. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests: protecting the site, preventing abuse, measuring performance, and improving services.
- Legal compliance: retaining commercial, contractual, or tax records where required and responding to competent authorities.
Vendors and international transfers
We use specialized vendors that may process data outside Uruguay. We do not sell personal data or share it so third parties can market their own products.
| Vendor | Function | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel ↗ | Hosting, functions, and technical analytics | Web requests, IP, technical logs, and submissions to our endpoints. |
| Convex ↗ | CRM, database, and automations | Contacts, leads, preferences, subscriptions, and delivery activity. |
| Resend ↗ | Email delivery | Email address, name, and sent message content. |

| Microsoft Clarity ↗ | Interaction maps and sessions | Clicks, scrolling, and technical signals; form fields are configured to be masked. |
| Google Analytics / Tag Manager / YouTube ↗ | Measurement and embedded content | Navigation, device, and video interaction events. |
Where an international transfer occurs, we seek to use the applicable conditions, agreements, and safeguards.
Cookies, analytics, and local storage
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, security, and embedded content. It also stores functional preferences locally, such as the selected playback speed for Pulse audio.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Some measurement features will stop working, but essential pages and forms will remain available.
Retention
- Inquiries without an active relationship: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you request deletion sooner.
- Subscriptions: while active. After unsubscribing, we stop deliveries and may retain a minimal record to honor that preference.
- Temporary Telegram links and technical records: deleted or periodically purged when no longer needed.
- Clients and projects: during the relationship and for applicable commercial, contractual, tax, or claims-defense periods.
- Analytics: according to each vendor’s configured retention period.
Your rights
Uruguayan Law No. 18,331 lets you request information and exercise rights of access, correction, updating, inclusion, and deletion, as well as withdraw consent or object to certain uses.
Email info@reguscilabs.com from the registered address and state which right you want to exercise. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. We will handle the request within the applicable legal period.
The specific procedure is described in Data deletion. You may also contact Uruguay’s Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP) ↗.
Unsubscribing and deleting data
Unsubscribing is not the same as deleting data. Unsubscribing stops future messages; deletion removes data we no longer need or have a duty to retain.
- Email or Telegram opt-out: see Unsubscribe.
- Full deletion: follow /en/data-deletion.
Security, children, and changes
We use HTTPS, access controls, and protected credentials. No system is infallible; if a relevant incident occurs, we will act under applicable law.
Our commercial services are intended for adults. We do not deliberately seek to collect children’s data.
We may update this Policy. The version and date above identify the current text; material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.
